Job description<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor-Expert with expertise in drone applications to perform surveys, cartographic data collection, and geospatial analyses. As a Land Surveyor Expert \/ Drone Pilot, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing land surveying projects, combining advanced drone technologies and traditional surveying methods to collect accurate and detailed dimensional data. <\/p>

Tasks and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

\u2022 Planning and executing land surveying projects using drones, scanners, and traditional surveying instruments.
\u2022 Collecting geographical data, topographic maps, and terrain modeling.
\u2022 Analyzing and processing collected data using geospatial software and technologies.
\u2022 Reporting measurement results and providing detailed cartographic data to clients.
\u2022 Maintenance of drone equipment and land surveying instruments.
\u2022 Collaborating with team members and clients to achieve project objectives.
\u2022 Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and rules regarding drone use.
\u2022 Researching, analyzing, and processing numerous land surveying plans for purposes such as boundary determination.<\/p>

Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Land Surveying, Geography, Geomatics, or a similar field of study.
\u2022 Thorough knowledge of land surveying principles, geospatial technologies, and cartography.
\u2022 Demonstrable experience as a drone pilot, including knowledge of drone operations and certifications where applicable.
\u2022 Experience with geospatial software and tools, such as GIS, AutoCAD, and Remote Sensing software.
\u2022 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
\u2022 Strong communication and reporting skills.
\u2022 Able to work independently and function within a team.
\u2022 Possession of a valid driver’s license.<\/p>

We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to increase our brand awareness, improve our online presence, and identify new business opportunities. Tasks and responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen TOPO4D’s market position.<\/li>
  • Managing social media channels and creating engaging content to increase the involvement of our target audience.<\/li>
  • Assisting in the design and preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.<\/li>
  • Conducting market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends.<\/li>
  • Assisting in the organization of events, trade fairs, and other promotional activities.<\/li>
  • Analyzing marketing performance and providing reports to the management team.<\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>
    • Student in the field of Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>
    • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and preferably also in English.<\/li>
    • Creative thinking ability and eye for detail.<\/li>
    • Able to work independently and show initiative.<\/li>
    • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience with content creation is a plus.<\/li>
    • Affinity with technology and interest in the land surveying\/drone industry is an advantage.<\/li><\/ul>
