TOPO4D performs volume determinations with professional surveying equipment and advanced technology, tailored to your project. <\/p><p>During the survey, a three-dimensional model of the terrain or the stockpile is created. Based on this, we generate a <a href=\"https:\/\/topo4d.be\/en\/photogrammetry-in-land-surveying\/\">digital terrain model (DTM)<\/a>, with which volumes can be calculated exactly and terrain profiles can be created. <\/p><p>In the event of changes to the terrain, we compare different 3D models with each other. This allows us to calculate the exact difference in volume, for example for cut-and-fill calculations or cost estimates for earthworks. <\/p><h2>What are volume determinations used for?<\/h2><p>Volume
