r\u00e9partition des quotes-parts dans les parties communes ou de la r\u00e9partition des charges n\u00e9cessite l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des voix de tous les copropri\u00e9taires. \u00bb<br\/>La redistribution des quotes-parts dans une copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 (par exemple dans un immeuble \u00e0 appartements avec un acte de base) n\u00e9cessite la modification de l\u2019acte de base ou du
