L\u00e0 o\u00f9 autrefois seules les m\u00e9thodes de mesure classiques \u00e9taient utilis\u00e9es, nous combinons aujourd\u2019hui la topographie traditionnelle avec les drones, le balayage laser 3D et le traitement de donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques. <\/p><p>Chez TOPO4D, nous ne croyons pas en une approche standard unique. Chaque projet n\u00e9cessite une strat\u00e9gie r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019objectif, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision et au contexte l\u00e9gal. <\/p><h4>\u00c9tape 1 : Analyse de votre projet<\/h4><p>Chaque mission commence par une analyse approfondie.<\/p><ul><li>Quel est l\u2019objectif du relev\u00e9 ?<\/li><li>Quelle pr\u00e9cision est requise ?<\/li><li>Y a-t-il des implications juridiques ?<\/li><li>Quel support de sortie est n\u00e9cessaire : plan, nuage de points, calcul de volume, monitoring ou rapport ?<\/li><\/ul><p>Sur cette base, nous d\u00e9terminons quelle technologie est la plus appropri\u00e9e :<br\/>appareils de topographie classiques, <a href=\"https:\/\/topo4d.be\/fr\/leve-par-drone\/\">relev\u00e9s par drone<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/topo4d.be\/fr\/balayage-laser-3d\/\">scan laser 3D<\/a> ou une combinaison de techniques.<\/p><h4>\u00c9tape 2 : Relev\u00e9 de terrain efficace<\/h4><p>Selon la mission, nous travaillons avec :<\/p><ul><li>Stations totales et GNSS pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/topo4d.be\/fr\/geometre-expert\/\">d\u00e9limitation de fronti\u00e8res<\/a> et les dossiers juridiques<\/li><li>Drones pour des relev\u00e9s de terrain rapides et des calculs de volumes<\/li><li>Scanners laser 3D pour les structures et b\u00e2timents complexes<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/topo4d.be\/fr\/surveillance-monitoring\/\">Appareils de monitoring<\/a> pour un suivi continu<\/li><\/ul><p>Les drones jouent ici un r\u00f4le important. Ils nous permettent de cartographier des zones vastes ou difficiles d\u2019acc\u00e8s de mani\u00e8re rapide et s\u00fbre.
