About TOPO4D
TOPO4D was born out of a passion for precision and a belief in technology as a catalyst for progress. Founder Guillaume Vanden Avenne began his career with a contractor, specializing in setting-out work for railway infrastructure. There, he quickly discovered that traditional methods were not always safe or efficient. This experience laid the foundation for something new: the use of drones and digital measuring equipment to make work smarter and safer.
What began as a side project quickly grew into an independent land surveying firm. Today, TOPO4D has become a benchmark in innovative land surveying, with projects throughout Flanders.
From contractor to expert land surveyor
The combination of technical on-site experience and academic expertise makes TOPO4D an exceptionally versatile firm. By having sworn expert land surveyors and court experts in-house, they combine knowledge of the field and legislation with a forward-thinking vision of technology.
In the meantime, TOPO4D has grown into a multidisciplinary surveying firm that combines classic land surveying with drone mapping, 3D laser scanning, structural monitoring, and thermography.
