How much does a land surveyor really cost? At TOPO4D Land Surveying Office, we understand that our clients often want to know the cost of engaging our surveying services. As a dedicated surveying and drone company, we strive to provide transparency regarding our rates and the factors that influence the costs of surveying work.

The amount of the fees varies depending on the scope and complexity of your file, and other variable elements such as the equipment used, for example, measurements with a drone or a laser scanner.
Fee rates vary between 75 and 140 EUR per hour excl. VAT.
Two compensation formulas are negotiable, within the limits of what is legally and deontologically permitted: an hourly rate and a flat-rate amount according to the quote. In the pragmatic approach to your file, we always act from a process-economic perspective: costly maneuvers or lengthy measurements without utility are naturally avoided. You are involved in the financial evolution of your file and are informed as well as possible about the estimated cost of the steps to be taken, so that you maintain full control over this aspect of your file as well.
We schedule our activities after written confirmation of the quote.
You will receive the invoice along with the delivery of our services.
