A condition report objectively records the existing state of a building, site, or environment before works, rental, or interventions. TOPO4D prepares legally usable condition reports to protect all parties involved.
Volume measurements of ballast
We regularly perform volume determinations of materials such as ballast. We carry this out on behalf of a railway contractor who needs to know the quantity of ballast stockpiled at a specific location and whether it is sufficient for a particular project.
Volume Determinations
To determine m³ of earthworks, stockpiles, or extraction volumes, TOPO4D performs accurate volume measurements using drone, GNSS, total station, or 3D scanning. Based on a digital terrain model (DTM), we calculate cut-and-fill volumes and provide reliable data for planning, invoicing, and monitoring.

An environmental permit for subdivision is mandatory when you split a parcel into multiple building lots. TOPO4D guides you from measurement and plan preparation to submission via the Omgevingsloket, fully in accordance with current Flemish legislation.
