If it is mentioned during the application that the measurements are required for a sale, or if requested by a notary, then pre-cadastration is included in the quotation by default. If it concerns a private individual who simply wishes to know the property boundaries of their plot, this is not included; however, we can adjust the plans afterwards to meet the pre-cad requirements.
